TTI has over 40 years experience in assembling connectors with a 200,000 square foot Connector facility in Texas USA, dedicated to providing value-added services with it’s multiple assembly line arrangements, maintaining best lead-times and quality standards in the industry. Now the company has called on this experience to mirror the USA plant in Germany.

Initially the new Munich facility has focused on MIL-DTL 38999’s Series I, III and SJT circular connectors, offering all shell sizes, layout types in various materials and finishes with QPL certification for both Amphenol and Souriau. And we are now excited to announce the addition of our new MIL-DTL-26482 PT/451 Series assembly line for industrial and harsh environments.

TTI’s connector assembly facility is now certified to EN9100.

TTI has the capability to assemble over 800,000 different military circular variants, we stock top-running lines, can ship to your forecast requirements or simply hold buffer/ safety stock to meet your procurement needs.

We can also support your connector accessory requirements with strain reliefs, adapters/backshells, heatshrink tubing and contacts all stocked.
