Frank Sganga

Frank is Vice President of Corporate Product Management, Passive and Specialty Products. He has more than 15 years experience at TTI working in both sales and product management. Sganga first joined TTI in 1991 as a sales representative calling on France, Belgium, Ireland, and Puerto Rico. In his current role, Frank leads the purchasing teams for passives and specialty products for TTI North America. In addition Sganga holds a B.B.A. from Texas A&M University and an M.B.A. from the University of Dallas.

Dennis Zogbi, President and Owner, Paumanok Group

Dennis is President and Owner of the Paumanok Group, comprised of Paumanok Publications, Inc., Industrial Market Research Division, and Passive Component Industry magazine.

Paumanok provides services to more than 500 customers globally in the total supply chain for passive components, including mines, materials processors, component manufacturers, distributors, and OEM and EMS companies.

The Industrial Market Research Division is the predominant worldwide supplier of market research services to the passive component industry, specializing in off-the-shelf market studies (60 titles on passive components); directed market research (single-client); international market development; bill of materials consulting in passive components; and conferences and seminars.

Debasis Roy, Director of Thin Film Resistors, IRC

Debasis is the Director of Thin Film Business Unit at IRC’s Advanced Film Division. He received his PhD from Pennsylvania State University. For the past two decades his interest has been in the area of precision thin film resistors, BGA, integrated passive devices, and passive components for high frequency applications

Scott Brown, Senior Product Manager, KOA Speer Electronics, Inc.

Scott is the Product Manager for discrete thin film resistors and integrated passive components. He has been with KOA Speer for 14 years and held various positions in quality, applications / sales engineering, manufacturing, and product development.

James Ryba, Product Marketing Manager, Vishay

James has been with Vishay for more than 13 years. He began and is still works with the DALE Wirewound Resistor Division after graduating from University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering. James has held positions in production engineering for both axial leaded and surface mount components, has been an automotive PPAP coordinator, and is now also involved with product marketing. His office is located in Columbus, Neb.
