Craig Conrad is TTI's Senior Vice President, Chief Marketing & Strategic Planning Officer. Conrad has been in the electronic component industry for more than 29 years. For the past 12 years at TTI, he was responsible for global sales and currently oversees TTI's strategic planning and marketing activities. He is a past chairman of NEDA and is one of the company's leaders in RoHS and lead-free information services to employees and customers worldwide.

Dennis M. Zogbi is President and Owner of the Paumanok Group, comprised of Paumanok Publications, Inc., Industrial Market Research Division, and Passive Component Industry magazine.

Paumanok provides services to more than 500 customers globally in the total supply chain for passive components, including mines, materials processors, component manufacturers, distributors, and OEM and EMS companies. The Industrial Market Research Division is the predominant worldwide supplier of market research services to the passive component industry. This division also specializes in seminars and conferences.

Craig Shipley is the Product Line Manager of the GDT product group at Bourns, Inc. Products include gas discharge tubes (GDTs), central office and customer premise station protectors, network interface devices (NIDs), POTS splitters, signal & dataline protectors and test sets. Shipley has nine years experience in production, operations, sales and product management of protection products. His prior experience includes nearly 10 years as a captain in the U.S. Army with a primary focus in communications.

Phillip Havens is Senior Member Technical Staff with Littelfuse. He has worked in the telecom industry for more than 25 years, starting his career with Western Electric. Havens holds a BSEE and MSEE from Louisiana Tech University. He holds a PE certificate and is an IEEE Senior Grade Member. He has been with Littelfuse for 10 years, working in the area of lightning surge and power fault protection designs for telcom ranging from POTS to VDSL2+ applications. He has served as Chair of TR 41.9 subcommittee of TR41, when it was first handed control of FCC Part 68 (with a few sections still held under the jurisdiction of the FCC). He currently serves as Vice-Chair of this same committee and as Vice-Chair of TR 41.7 (Electrical Protection Group). He is also involved in the committee work of NIPP (ATIS), serves as a member of the STP (Standards Technical Panel) for UL 497, attends IEEE SPDC (Surge Protective Devices Committee) and PEG (Protection Engineers Group) meetings.

Raychem_Jim_Toth_Photo.jpg Jim Toth is the Director of Strategic Marketing and Technology for Raychem Circuit Protection/Tyco Electronics. His group is responsible for identifying opportunities for new circuit protection product platforms and developing those products. He has been at Tyco/Raychem for 16 years in various positions in corporate and divisional R&D.
